US CUSTOMERS:

OCT 2025 - USA customers . Original / one of a kind art is now tarrif free into the US. Sketchinc custom kokeshis are entirely handmade by me in the UK.

When ordering please include your phone number in the ' comments to seller ' section at checkout. This is now required at US customs.

EU CUSTOMERS:

CANADA:

Canadian postal strikes have been halted as of 11th Oct 2025. Shipping may still be delayed if there is a backlog of parcels waiting to enter Canada.

I currently do not ship to the EU.

RETURNS:

Returns and exchanges accepted on non custom made items.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellations are not accepted.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCEPTIONS:
CUSTOM MADE KOKESHI ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
You will receive a photo of the final Kokeshis for approval before thay are shipped.



SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

U.K: Orders will be sent via Royal Mail  2nd Class - so should take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped.

Rest of World:
International Airmail Standard ( no tracking) - 15-28 working days.

International Kokeshi Dolls shipping Royal mail TRACKED Airmail - 2 to 3 weeks.
